Most people get all giddy when the weather starts warming up. What people don't talk about is that awkward time between winter and spring when it's too warm for a coat but too cold for a summer dress. So what's a girl to do?

First of all, I know what you're thinking -- You live in Hawaii! You don't have seasons! -- And I guess if we were talking about the average person, you may be correct. But I am not the average person (duh!). I'm the kind of girl that has goosebumps when it's anything less than 80 degrees outside and when the wind is any higher than 5 mph. Annoying, I know.

So you know that "awkward time" that all of you experience between winter and spring? That's pretty much what life is like here from October to April. And I love it. No coats here, just light sweaters on windy days and at night.
