new look + a giveaway!

Notice anything different around here?? :) I'm SO EXCITED to show off my new design by the fabulous Ashlyn at LIBB Designs. I've wanted to work with her since the very beginning of my blogging days and I finally had the chance! Her style is perfection (check out her blog to see what I'm talkin' about) and her designs are always an inspiration to me (someone who knows zero about design, but loves it!). On top of it all, she's the sweetest and I just adore her. With my blog anniversary just passing and my birthday coming up, what better excuse is there for a facelift? I wanted something simple, classy, and sophisticated. I love black and white but didn't want it to be TOO plain.. Ashlyn took all of that into consideration and created my new little home. Check out her branding board here.

P.S. See the handwriting font in my sidebar titles?? That's Ashlyn's real life handwriting! How cool is that?!

I have to admit, I had the hardest time matching this necklace with an outfit. Bright colors make me nervous which is probably why my closet is full of neutrals. As much as I love statement necklaces and bright colors on other people, it makes me nervous when they're on me!
