As soon as the September issues of my favorite fashion magazines hit the stands, I rushed out to get them. Target had two of my favorites - Vogue and InStyle. I was so excited to see that maxi-length sheer dresses was a popular choice in the September issue of Vogue. In Texas and Hawaii the weather cools down but isn't exactly cold yet. It's just right.
