yes to the dress? [retail love]

ASOS Lace Skater Dress w/ Belt: $52.19
I saw this dress and immediately fell in love. Or was it lust? This is one of my favorite colors and I love that it's lace. And I love the top! But I mean really.. where would I wear it to? Do I really need it? Yep, these are the questions I ask myself when I think I've fallen in retail love.

What do you think? Should I say yes to this dress?

    Ooh LOVE it!!! I'm the same way with dresses though... I see them, fall in love, then realize I would never wear it. On occasion I still buy it thought... And force myself to wear it somewhere. haha.

I have to admit, I had the hardest time matching this necklace with an outfit. Bright colors make me nervous which is probably why my closet is full of neutrals. As much as I love statement necklaces and bright colors on other people, it makes me nervous when they're on me!
