PEOPLE for Oscars

PEOPLE Magazine holds a special place in my heart. The magazine is iconic and the sight of it brings out a certain nostalgia of my childhood. My mom has always been a huge fan of PEOPLE Magazine and I guess you could say that she passed that down to me.

I remember always looking forward to their red carpet issues. I loved seeing celebs all dolled up in their gowns. Even now, in my mid-20's, I look forward to this issue. And that's one of my favorite things about the magazine. They're timeless and relatable to many ages of readers.

Since the Oscars are approaching, the red carpet issue to look for next is the PEOPLE Magazine 2013 Oscars Double Issue. The issue will be available from March 1, 2013 to March 18, 2013.

So, who am I most excited to see this year? Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence are two of my favorite leading ladies. They're both talented, beautiful, and have a realistic and classic style. I'd love to see what they're wearing and how they're wearing it!

    Yay! I love People as well. I definitely consider them to be classic and timeless. This year I'm super excited at the prospect of ogling some major guy eye candy. Especially The Rock, Josh Duhmamel and Chris Hemsworth.

    I also can't wait to see what some of the ladies will rock the carpet with. Especially Kerry Washington. She is the bidness on Scandalous. If you haven't seen it yet, you don't know what you're missing!!! Seriously, best show ever.

I have to admit, I had the hardest time matching this necklace with an outfit. Bright colors make me nervous which is probably why my closet is full of neutrals.
