Neon tends to give off an '80s/'90s feel but maybe that's why I love it so much. Well that and I think it makes me look tanner than I actually am. Plus, people who wear neon are just more fun, right?

I have to admit, I had the hardest time matching this necklace with an outfit. Bright colors make me nervous which is probably why my closet is full of neutrals.
