mother's day [+ a giveaway with 10 winners!]

It wasn't until I was older that I realized (and appreciated!) the amount of effort and sacrifice that it took my mom to raise two children on her own. We didn't have a lot of money and sometimes we barely had any, but somehow my mom managed to not let that impact us. She made sure that we had everything we could ever need. The awesome part about it is that through it all, she always taught us to give back to others. Even if we had little, someone else had less, and we could help. She is selfless. It's one of my mom's greatest features and sometimes it's even one of her faults.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, MOMMY! Thank you for not only teaching us, but showing us, that giving is so much more rewarding than receiving. I love you!
