ten reasons to hate me

I have a few confessions that may or may not make you hate me.. but you love me because I'm honest, right?
So here I go...

I confess that I did not sign in to blogger at all yesterday. (gasp!) I know.. crazy, right? It was one of those days and I just needed a little break.

I confess that I get a little crazy during football season. I even joined a fantasy football league for the first time this season (EEEK!)!! I apologize in advance for all of my curse words, rants, bad moods, and lack of communication on Sundays for the next few months.
Excuse the "and and".. apparently the person who made this did it while watching a football game.
I confess that although I am from Texas, love Texas football, and AM a fan of Texas football teams, I love my Steelers. Shocker, I know. This has caused quite an uproar among family and friends. The story of how this happened is long.. so I will save it for another time.
Texans, I'm sorry, I still love you, and I still cheer for you during every game.. just not when you're playing the Steelers. :)

I confess that this is what I get to come home to everyday. Try not to be jealous.

I confess that I'm embarrassingly addicted to Big Brother and that I'm really disappointed with this season so far. Most of the players annoy me and there's hardly any big game moves (except for evicting Janelle of course).

I confess that I'm super awkward in front of a camera and that my camera sucks. Proof here.

I confess that this was one of my most viewed posts this week which is really funny to me considering my blog is the LAST place anyone should go to for kitchen advice.

I confess that Jared and I can't decide what to do for dinner tonight which somehow lead to us deciding to go to a wine tasting. And we still aren't sure what's for dinner.

I confess that I bite my fingernails..and sometimes the skin around them.. and it's really gross.. but I can't stop. Sorry.

I confess that I seem to have the blogging blues lately.. and not just the blogging blues, but real life blues too. I haven't been "writing" a lot on here.. or not as much as I'd like to at least. I have a TON of drafts sitting in my blogger account but I just can't seem to finish any of them. I promise I'm working on this!

Do you hate me yet? If you do, I hope you let me make it up to you!

  4. My favorite part of all of this is that you went to a wine tasting because you couldn't decide what to do for dinner. A woman after my own heart!

  5. Oh, where to start? First of all, go Steelers! You'll find me every Sunday in my #7 jersey. Second, I'm so awkward in pictures - I hate it. Third, I used to be a nail biter, but I still bite the skin around my nails. I've found that I do it when the skin is dry, so usually moisturizer helps.

  18. I don't hate you! I actually love you more. I really can't get over that cute puppy! Adorable. Also when I get the blogging blues (usually also the IRL blues) I just try and write through it. My posts usually suck for a few days, but it helps relieve stress, well for me it does.

  20. You made me laugh with this post and reminded me that we are all humans and maybe we just need to switch one or two things around to make our lives easier or get us out of a random funk. Thanks for sharing and... I also sometimes come home to a similar scenario sans the dog. - Carla

  23. We are embarrassingly obsessed with Big Brother. We DVR Big Brother After Dark and watch it every night. There is a LOT of drama going on but they sure aren't showing it on the prime time episodes yet. I think there is about to be quite the shake up.
