    My weakness at Target is the beauty section and the clothes (and shoes). I love being able to try out trends and fads without shelling out a ton of money.

I have to admit, I had the hardest time matching this necklace with an outfit. Bright colors make me nervous which is probably why my closet is full of neutrals. As much as I love statement necklaces and bright colors on other people, it makes me nervous when they're on me!
